Land, Water and Dams  was awarded in the category «circular economy innovation and zero carbon footprint»


The association of Centers for the Promotion of Excellence (CEX .Madrid Excelente) organized last Thursday, November 26th the fifth edition of the QIA (Quality Innovation Awards). Land, Water and Dams was awarded in the category «innovation in circular economy and zero carbon footprint», with the EMB-SAT project for the development of a remote sensing services platform to improve the management of dams and reservoirs.

The gala was attended by Fernando Sierra, president of the CEX; Mercedes Siles, director of ANECA; Rosina López-Alonso, vice-president of Organization and Institutional Relations of the CSIC and Rafael Barberá, general director of the Madrid Foundation for Competitiveness.

The Land, Water and Dams team is very proud to have received this recognition of its innovative work

Along with Land, Water and Dams were also awarded the following companies: Medicsen, Inycom (Innovation Technologies), Editorial Edlvives, Edelvives Foundation, Ciudad Agroalimentaria de Tudela, Cocuus, Atria Innovation and finally NH Hoteles.

We would also like to thank Madrid Excelente, CSIC (Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas), ANECA (Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación), Garantia Madrid and the Comunidad de Madrid for this distinction, without forgetting our recognition to the ESA BIC Comunidad de Madrid program, Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d and finally the Vivero de empresas de Mostoles.
